With my trademarked Kids Yoga program, I can teach classes or build a curriculum based on you/your childrens’ needs. Using different methods and teaching styles for all age ranges, kids will learn to look at their bodies in a whole new light after learning the fundamentals of Yoga and what it can mean in their life.

Why should my child try Kids Yoga?

 
 

Strengthens Immune System

A regular yoga practice reduces stress and stimulates the lymph system (the body’s highway of white blood cells which fight viruses and infections).

Kids learn to notice what’s going on in their body and mind while they’re in postures.

Kids yoga is something I am passionate about with the intention to focus on this subject throughout my yoga career. Now more than ever are we learning how self-aware kids are at a very young age.
